Shipping policy


At E-Kid Pro, we know that choosing items for children should feel joyful from the moment you browse to the moment your package arrives. With that in mind, our shipping process is set up to be steady, caring, and easy to understand, giving you confidence every step of the way.

We cover all delivery costs within United Sates, so the price you see at checkout is exactly what you pay. Shipping is currently available only within United Sates, and each order is handled with careful attention before it begins its trip to you.

Orders move through two main stages:

  • Processing takes 1–2 business days as we prepare and pack your items.
  • Transit generally takes 3–7 business days once your package is on its way.
  • Altogether, most customers receive their orders within 4–9 business days.

Our cut-off time for same-day processing is 2:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York), Monday through Saturday.

After your order heads out, we’ll send you a confirmation email containing tracking information. This lets you follow your package as it travels to your doorstep. Although we work hard to deliver on time, delays can occasionally happen due to seasonal volume, weather, or unexpected carrier issues. If anything affects your delivery, we’ll make sure to keep you informed.
