What is E-Kid Pro?

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, every order ships free. There are no minimums and nothing extra added at checkout. We like to keep things simple and stress-free for families.
How long does delivery take?
Most packages arrive within 3–7 business days, Monday through Saturday. Once your order is prepared and handed to our delivery partner, we’ll send a tracking link so you can follow its journey home.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within United Sates. Keeping our service local allows us to maintain a smooth, reliable experience. If we expand to new regions, our community will be the first to hear about it.
What is your return policy?
If something isn’t quite right, you have 60 days from delivery to return your items. Just email us at support@ekidpro.com and we’ll walk you through the steps.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and approve your return, refunds are typically issued within 7 business days. Your bank may need a bit more time to finalize the transaction on your statement.
Do you accept exchanges?
Yes, we’re happy to help with exchanges. Send us a message at support@ekidpro.com and we’ll assist you in choosing a replacement.
What payment methods do you accept?

What do I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
Check your tracking link first to see its latest update. If it has been more than 7 business days without progress or delivery, contact us at support@ekidpro.com and we’ll look into it for you.
Can I update or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to adjust or cancel it. Get in touch with us as soon as you can after placing your order, and we’ll try our best to accommodate.
