At E-Kid Pro, we want every parent and caregiver to feel completely at ease when shopping for their little ones. Our return process is designed to be simple, supportive, and clear, so you always know what to expect.
If you need to return an item, you have 60 days from the day your order is delivered. We kindly ask that all products are unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging. There are no restocking fees at any point.
To begin a return, email support@ekidpro.com with your order number and a brief note about the item you’d like to send back. Our team will guide you through the next steps. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend choosing a trackable shipping method for peace of mind.
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, just let us know when you reach out. We’re happy to help you find the right replacement.
Once your return arrives at our location, it will be reviewed with care. Refunds are issued within 7 business days after inspection. Please keep in mind that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to complete the transfer.
